WHEREAS staff are “generally supportive” of the Wheatfield Estate application;
AND WHEREAS the application was opposed on the grounds of a lack of servicing;
AND WHEREAS the plumbing and electrical groundwork is not consistent with an intention to indefinitely use a washroom trailer system;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Central Elgin reconsider the motion CEP 34.23: Motion to refuse a proposed amendment to the Municipality of Central Elgin Official Plan and the Township of Yarmouth By-law No. 1998.
